(The SAPPOA is a 501(c)5 nonprofit organization.)
This site is dedicated to the men and women of the San Antonio Park Police. It is the SAPPOA’s goal to improve the wages, benefits, and working conditions of its members as well as being actively involved in the community we serve. All the members of our association are committed to the welfare and protection of every citizen in the city of San Antonio.
This site is provided for the officers of the San Antonio Park Police Officer's Association. We represent approximately 140 Park Police Officers and their families.
Only sworn members of the San Antonio Park Police may join the SAPPOA.

The New SAPPOA Executive Board has been voted for and is in place. The SAPPOA is and will continue fighting for our officers and we will get a decision from the city. We will not back down and will not be bullied by the city. We are not going to stand by any longer waiting to see if our jobs will be here tomorrow. We want what the city deserves to give us, which is fair pay, better uniform allowance, and job security. We must continue to fight until we receive fair treatment.

News-
Hello, I would like to advise all of our members of the current situation between SAPPOA and SAPD command staff. I was contacted by Deputy Chief Trevino earlier this afternoon, who stated that COSA and HR will soon post our vacancies and that the only hold up is that our fitness standards are being validated by COSA legal department. He went on to say that COSA attorney Sean Fitzpatrick is looking into those standards and making sure that the city is not open to any law suits from any potential candidates who may not pass the entrance fitness exam. He will have a conversation with Mr. Fitzpatrick the middle of next week and will then advise the SAPPOA of any decisions being made. As always, the board will pass on any information to our members as quickly as possible.
We will also look forward to meeting with Commander Baum to discuss the SAPPOA Off Duty Employment rates. Again, the members will be advised of any matters that transpire.
Thank you all very much for your continued support and your patience. Please refer any questions you may have to your board members, and we will answer them as soon as we can. Stay safe and God bless.

Sorry the site has been down. We had some technical difficulties.
We are very happy to say that we will be getting at least 25 new officers hired on to San Antonio Park Police. We also want to thank everyone for their continued support and hope everyone has safe and happy new year.
